Ingredients
  

Salad Base

  • 3 cups kale chopped
  • 1 orange peeled and segmented
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tbsp toasted walnuts chopped

Dressing

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Add kale to a large bowl and massage lightly with olive oil.
  • Add orange segments, pomegranate seeds, and walnuts.
  • Whisk lemon juice and honey, then drizzle over salad.
  • Toss gently and serve immediately.
