Instructions
Wash the Brussels sprouts thoroughly and remove any outer leaves. Trim the stems and slice them thinly using a sharp knife or mandolin.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shaved Brussels sprouts, sliced almonds, and grated Parmesan cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss everything together until well combined.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 30 minutes for extra crispness. Enjoy!
