  • 2 lb beef chuck cut into chunks
  • 3 carrots sliced
  • 3 potatoes cubed
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

Instructions
 

  • Add beef, vegetables, and onion to the slow cooker.
  • Stir in flour and tomato paste until evenly coated.
  • Pour in beef broth and mix gently.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.

Notes
