Ingredients
  

Broth Base

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili paste (gochujang or sambal oelek)
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 inch ginger grated

Noodles & Chicken

  • 2 packs ramen noodles discard seasoning
  • 1 chicken breast cooked and sliced

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup green onions chopped
  • chili flakes optional for extra heat

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, chili paste, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  • Pour broth and noodles into bowls and top with sliced cooked chicken.
  • Add chopped green onions and chili flakes if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

Adjust the spice by increasing or decreasing the chili paste. Add veggies like bok choy or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
