Instructions
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Season the steaks with salt and pepper, and brush with olive oil.
Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer depending on your desired doneness.
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad, toss to coat, and top with sliced steak.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
