Add the milk and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and continue to mix until it’s smooth and creamy.
Gently fold the cream cheese mixture into the strawberry mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Top with whipped cream if desired and serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes for a chilled version.
