Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream optional, for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, granola, and shredded coconut.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  • Add the milk and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and continue to mix until it’s smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold the cream cheese mixture into the strawberry mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  • Top with whipped cream if desired and serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes for a chilled version.

Notes

This strawberry crunch salad can be served as a dessert or as a side dish at your next BBQ or picnic. Add extra toppings like chopped nuts for added crunch!
