Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add heavy cream to the skillet and stir to combine. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
Slice the cooked chicken breasts and add them back into the skillet. Stir to coat the chicken in the creamy sauce. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
