- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk or water

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, Lipton onion soup mix, and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
