Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium Tomatoes diced
  • 1 large Avocado diced
  • 1/4 small Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, avocado, thinly sliced red onion, and chopped cilantro.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine, being careful not to mash the avocado.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
