Ingredients
  

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 cups tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1 cup feta cheese cubed

Dressing

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp oregano dried
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, olives, and feta to a large bowl.
  • Combine olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Pour dressing over salad ingredients and gently toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes to enhance flavors.

Notes

Add fresh herbs like parsley or mint for extra brightness.
