Ingredients
  

Tuna

  • 2 cans tuna drained

Vegetables

  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion chopped

Dressing

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard Dijon or yellow
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, chopped celery, and red onion.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and stir gently until all ingredients are well coated.
  • Serve the tuna salad immediately or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

This tuna salad can be served on bread for a sandwich, over greens for a light salad, or with crackers for a quick snack.
