Instructions
Drain canned tuna and place in a mixing bowl. Flake with a fork.
Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
Stir in diced celery, red onion, and parsley for crunch and freshness.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Serve immediately in sandwiches, wraps, or lettuce cups.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for half of the mayonnaise.
