Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Canned chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Canned black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives pitted and sliced
  • 1 medium Cucumber diced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup Red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, black beans, crumbled feta, Kalamata olives, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

Notes
