  • 1 large Mango peeled and diced
  • 1 medium Avocado peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 4 cups Mixed greens
  • 1 medium Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion.
  • Add the diced mango and avocado to the salad bowl.
