Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium Cucumbers
  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili flakes
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Thinly slice the cucumbers and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, garlic, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss to coat evenly.
  • Gently stir in the cilantro and top with toasted sesame seeds for added crunch.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to marinate. Enjoy your fresh, crunchy, and tangy viral cucumber salad!

Notes

This salad can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. For extra crunch, add some chopped peanuts or cashews!
