Ingredients
  

  • 1 box pistachio pudding mix instant
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans optional
  • 1 tbsp maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the pistachio pudding mix with the drained crushed pineapple. Stir until well mixed.
  • Fold in the whipped topping, mini marshmallows, and chopped pecans (if using).
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Top with maraschino cherries for garnish and serve chilled.

Notes

This salad is best served chilled, and you can add more toppings like coconut flakes for extra flavor.
