Salad Base

  • 6 cups mixed winter greens spinach, arugula, or spring mix
  • 1 pear thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/3 cup goat cheese crumbled
  • 1/3 cup candied walnuts

Dressing

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
